Pacey's Personal Prison (S03E14)

Conversation of Pacey with his brother Douglas while he was detained.

Douglas: You are in rare form tonight...so what seems to be the problem?
I found you hanging in a tree getting completely wasted...so what is it, a girl or something?... Okay, it's a girl...who is she?

Pacey: She's really really annoying...I mean this girl is amazing. There is not a single subject on the face of the planet that she doesn't have an opinion about it...it's mind-boggling...
The girl is really smart so she's usually right. And when she argues it comes from this really beautiful, pure place so I mean how can you fight against that you know especially with a smart-ass like me.

Douglas: Is she pretty?

Pacey: Yeah...she is pretty...she is very very pretty. She's actually the kind of pretty that gives you butterflies you know what I mean?

Douglas: Never lose the butterflies...that's what sucks the most when getting older. Somewhere along the line you lose the butterflies...
Look, Pacey, in my experience you don't come across that many people with the ability to give you butterflies...you just don't. And if you don't tell this girl how you feel, well it will be like spending the rest of your life in your own personal prison.

A Dog's Purpose: To Love Unconditionally

"The job of a good dog was ultimately to be with them, remaining by their sides no matter what course their lives might take. All I could do now was offer him comfort, the assurance that as he left this life he was not alone but rather was tended by the dog who loved him more than anything in the world." - A Dog's Purpose

Although the movie was marred with negative publicity before it was released, it still struck a chord in my heart and made me cry several times. What I liked about the film is even though Bailey (the dog) died, he reincarnated over and over as other dogs to teach humans about love.

Growing up in a family who loves dogs and being married to a dog lover, I know how painful it is to lose a beloved dog just as much as losing a loved one. I am so glad that the movie gave an inspiring twist. It’s comforting to know that after our dearest dogs passed away, they come back to us maybe in different size or shape and let us experience to be loved unconditionally all over again.

Trevor ~ golden retriever
(In memory...2011 – 2012)
He was my brother's genuine source of happiness after our mother passed away.

Loki ~ mini pinscher + chihuahua

Harley ~ chihuahua

Loki and Harley were my husband's gifts to my brother after our wedding.
Since we are working abroad, these tiny balls of fur keep my brother company.

Chito ~ American Pit Bull Terrier (standard)

Yoda ~ American Pit Bull Terrier (pocket)

Chito and Yoda are my husband's dogs. He said pit bulls are the most misunderstood dogs in the world that's why he wanted to prove that this breed deserves the same love and affection as the other breeds.
In fact, Chito and Yoda are the sweetest dogs in the planet.
